About Us

IHWB a non-profit, non-governmental organization, is driven by compassion, respect, dignity, integrity, and teamwork. These core values are more than words; they are a testament to our enduring commitment to serving those affected by the post-war consequences. A significant part of our work, which includes preserving the Biên Hòa Cemetery and providing scholarships for underprivileged students, profoundly impacts spiritual lives, fostering hope and a brighter future. IHWB was formed in November 2022 when there was a clear need to establish a respectable and practical organization to promote its vision and undertake its mission. Although the organization is registered in California, its leaders, staff members, and supporters collectively contribute to the IHWB mission from wherever they live and work across the United States and in foreign countries. Everyone working for IHWB is a volunteer, serves without compensation, and is expected to uphold the organization’s standards of conduct, adopting a sense of shared responsibility and community.
